While in Nebraska last Month I had three 30 minute conversations with Citi's customer service. This was about getting a new card.
They promised me it would be sent by FedEx free of charge along with an email with a tracking number. Neither of those items happen. Only yesterday via a phone call did I discover that the card was sent to Bangkok, Thailand & only to be returned back to Citi Cards. I currently live in Thailand & they have had my mailing address for years.
To top it off via their ' on line tech support team ' I have been locked out of my online account. I need for a real person to send me a real email that I can respond to. I've already made 7 phone calls & the last 4 I had to pay for.
Citi needs to fix this problem for me as of yesterday! Not a happy camper, Jesse Salazar
