In July I authorized a payment of $100.00 from my checking account and that is what I reviewed and submitted They changed the payment to the entire balance on my card. I notified them the day that it happened.
They said 3 to 5 days for refund, then I notified them again and they said it required further approval 7 to 10 days then 3 to 5 to redeposit it to my account. Then they said 3 to 5 days for approval and 3 to 5 days back to account. That was 12 days ago. No action so far.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have 2 college degrees in accounting and business summa *** laude I have worked at 2 banks and at the tax assessors office and have an IQ of 137 and I am not dumb enough to submit a payment for more than my bank balance!
