After I had a bad experience with a seller who asked me to pay by PayPal as friends and family (I did not know I wouldn’t be protected by PayPal) I requested support from citi bank to solve my dispute. They made me send about 6 faxes with all the evidence which I had enough and at the end they told me they couldn’t do anything.
Honestly I’m so dissapointed with their service, they are not trustworthy because they don’t protect their customers at all.
I won’t be a client anymore and I wouldn’t recommend any friends or family to use citi bank. In fact Bank of America is way better.
