Not resolved

I am switching to AM EX Platinum business...I wrote the home office with no reply. My employee cards are expiring and I have to call and wait on the phone for as long as an hour to get one sent...they promise to send overnight and do not.

Something totally wrong is going on there....this for me started in about November. I've now been on the phone with them for at least eight hours trying to get cards sent, etc.

I just received word from another employee that her card expired and she needs a new one which means I now have spend valuable time on the phone calling this again.

Product or Service Mentioned: Citicards Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
