I have a Costco Citi card it will not download transactions to Quickbooks. I have had Quickbooks tech support contact Citi card tech support and Citi admits it is their problem they offer no time table for repair. This issue has gone on for 8 months with the standard answer " we know there is an issue and we are working on it". I have also contacted Costco visa card specialist Brittany she took my original call and will no longer accept or return my calls. Never heard of Costco behaving this way and it will take their influence to solve the issue. Citi simply does not care.
This seems so odd since Costco sells Quickbooks and requires the use of a visa card to purchase in their store, sure wish someone would help! Bring back American Express their card works perfectly.
