I spoke to Laura from So Florida to question re payment made from my bank account in the amount of $300.00 and verified if the payment went thro, but she could not find out if it was,since the account number was not correct.So I gave her the correct acct. number.
Then she suggested I can pay with the new acct. no. I said I don't' want to pay twice, I said can you check cause my bank sent me a copy that it was paid.So I said can I talk to some one who knows how to check on this transaction, and she said I'm the supervisor!
What kind of a supervisor is she? As a Costco Amex customer which I never had a problem I will address this to the Costco Management that you reps or supervisor does not know what they are doing with costco executive members The switch to Citi is not good
