Bought a product from a sales person via phone with the understanding I could review contract products (Real Estate related).They lied and I couldn't cancel and in fact charged me for something I never confirmed, on yelp this was a huge issue..
Brought this to Citi's attention and filed a dispute.. They said after about a month that since I confirmed the charge I had to take it up with the merchant... what is the point of having card security etc if when duped they don't help?
I showed the unsigned contract and the texts of me asking the merchant for everything in writing...F you to Citi...
