I disputed a charge from an online vendor where the refund did not go through. I sent a copy of refund notice from vendor for full amount and Citi placed a temp credit on my account.
2 months later they reversed the credit and stated vendor responded that item was ordered. Well duh, that was the dispute issue I ordered the item, they charged me, the next day I cancelled and they sent me a refund confirmation.
Citi refused to do any further follow up and I was told by their Executive Office that they only even had a dispute process because MC/Visa MADE THEM. IN OTHER WORDS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

I didn't like: Worst customer service ever, Mgmt stated they only helped disutes because forced to by mcvisa, Spent over 4 hours on phone trying to get assistance, Executive office is the worst.
