Paid our account successfully for a few months and our checking account was already linked with the credit card. Then I went to try auto pay and it didn't go through correctly and we were charged $25 service fee.
Since it is a joint account I wasn't able to do anything online or on the phone with the company. My husband had to set it up. I have always handled the finances and never had any difficulty with the other credit card until this one.
They would not reverse the $25 service fee either. Once our year is up we're going to stop using it.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of citicards credit card and associated monetary loss in the amount of $25. Citicards needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
