User's recommendation: Just go to a data mining firm for a real chance at getting to the useful information your call to yhe bank wanted to know the abuse about.

They stole my refund again

I got a substantial refund and they took the money to pay my credit card balance 2 weeks before the bill is due.

User's recommendation: Try another company. Citi has a habit of not refunding money you are due, but stealing it and taking your credit card billing that is not due out of your refunds.

Worst god damn company You have spent 100+ hours this year calling Citibank because YouTube was charging me $12.95 after I canceled. Citibank has failed to stop the charges or refund me even after shutting down my credit card . ***

Citi is NOT ON YOUR SIDE

Dont use the DISPUTE CENTER useless they are not your side even if the merchant scammed you and charge you 4x of the regular price CITI will complete the dispute with; CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY to pay the amount. Dont waste your time with Citi. I know Im just one person but I will never used my CitiCard ever again!!!!

Horrible customer service

All I wanted was a paper statement because I was going through a debt management program and I couldn't access my online account. I got transferred to four different people before I was told they couldn't do that because my account was closed, and every time I had to be verified. Then they try to get me to make an an additional payment saying I was behind despite the fact that I've made 21 payments through the program and that they agreed to accept a certain amount each month. How can I be behind when you agreed.

Reporting Terrible Customer Service In Your Billing Dispute Department

Ok on this one when I called after holding for an hour 1 time and ½ an hour the other time once again called with my disbelief that we are asking for a name of the merchant as we do not recognize ACTIOLTD 96109**** SGP we research on line and everywhere else we could think of The Citibank card dispute representative was completely unhelpful all he could add was that the merchant said they shipped us product. But could not tell us what the product was or once again who this company is. Im sure I dont have to point pout the largest CC issuer in the world that fraud is everywhere and anyone can say they ship us a product. This sounds like some pretty lazy rubber stamping on Citbank's part I copy an paste the part in the attached letter where you say A copy of the merchant's response is enclosed. But as you can clearly see, in fact it was not! Bottom line Im sure you would agree no one should pay for a charge on their CC where some unknown company says they shipped some unknown product to you . I will not be paying this until I can get this information What a terrible customer service experience this has been !!

User's recommendation: use a different CC company ...we charge half a million a year and still get the rep that cannot speak english or is knowlageable about much other than how to answer a phone form home with dog in background - very unprofessional form the worlds biggest cc issuer

I was approved fora card, and when I tried to access my account number I was unable to. I called customer service, and was told by 2 different people that I they could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was not given one. I got no help at all.

Ruined my CIBIL Score for un-consented card renewal

Wish to report the issue persistent for past few months despite, having raised the concern with your teams many times. I was issued credit card no.- 4386 28** **93 8390 for which all dues were paid within timelines. The card was renewed for subsequent year without my consent and the renewal charges have been imposed. Moreover, delay penalty charges are being imposed every month. I had posted the matter on Citi Bank's facebook page, and discussed my concern with your customer care teams but no action has been taken till date. Moreover CITI bank has ruined my CIBIL score for their malpractice. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. RegardsNikhil Kumar | Ph-704219****Damage

Citibank credit cards should be avoided, they will cut your limit(s) without warning. I made the mistake of opening two cards with this bank. Despite paying the cards off; they continued to cut the limits to practically nothing. The worst creditor of all.
