I am not prejudice about any man or woman on this earth. But.
I was having trouble accessing my credit card account, I was locked out.
I called customer service and was connected to a person who could barely speak English.
I asked to be transferred to someone who could speak better English, was transferred to another person who I could not understand again. Over a period of 5 days,
I tried talking to additional persons who I could not understand.
On the sixth day I found a man who spoke up and was still a foreigner but had a better English Vocabulary.
I do not understand why so many companies are using India for their customer service. Ater 30 years of being a customer of CITI Bank I was very close to closing my account and apply to my local bank for a debit card.
User's recommendation: Try your local bank you might get better Service.
