Citi Cards Thank You Premier | Citicards in Los Angeles, California

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. 30-45 minute hold times, 4 different calls to resolve a simple issue, customer service representatives based offshore that don't know how to answer basic questions without transferring, late arrival of card, penalties and service fees based on all these delays. The list goes on. After holding on the last call for 45 mins, I finally tried chatting with someone. The first person had to transfer me (are you kidding me?) and I then waited on chat for 20 minutes before finally giving up! The card does it's job but the customer service makes you want to kill yourself. DO NOT GET THIS CARD if you want simplicity and efficiency when you have a problem.

Typical Citibank/Citicorp. They do no hire Americans, who seem read scripts and are incapable of thinking.

They rely on technology and pre-recorded messages and interminable wait time. BAD SERVICE is the Citi hallmark.
