get one who tells me to try what i've tryed multiple times,I tell him so ,he repeats same thing,on,on,on.Tell him close account, get transfered to account agent,he regretfully complies to close account tells me will email

confirmation, still waiting (1 week). If the customer service number is not locate in US,forget getting customer service.

So here are errors I'm getting trying to login to citicards (password is good, because if I type incorrect one, I'm getting bad password error) I've also made sure I have latest versions of browsers:

Safari 5.1.7 (7534.57.2): "Safari can't open the page. Too many redirects occurred trying to open..."

IE 11.0.9600.17416: "We're sorry.

Citi.com is temporarily unavailable."

FireFox 34.0: "The page isn't redirecting properly"

Chrome 39.0.2171.71 m: "We're sorry. Citi.com is temporarily unavailable."

Yes, I've deleted cookies and restarted browser and PC and Mac

You can request to speak with a us based agent if you get an offshore rep and they can transfer you right over.

Also all their supervisors are based in the united states only too I found out.

I'm having the same issues. I know calling them won't matter but I can honestly say I regret getting this card and am thinking about actually having to go back to paper statements again and pay them that way.

I'd close the account but I'm stuck with it for a few more payments.

It took me 45 minutes to get logged on today...that was trying with a mobile, a tablet and a pc...eventually the tablet got thru. WORST LOGIN EVER!!!!
